units of competency are covered in the training.
Companies can select those units that are
appropriate to their industry needs. The range
of units allows specific programs to be
developed for:

The program
is suited to team leaders, senior operators and
technical support staff. We highly recommend
that a senior manager also takes part. The program may also be adapted for use in Six Sigma programs and is the equivalent of a Green Belt training program.
