Value Stream Management has
evolved from the
Toyota Production System, and is used
systematically by some of the world’s best manufacturers and
service companies.
Our programs introduce the
concepts and applications of this key tool in industry, and
provide you with the tools to develop your own Value Stream
Management system.
Value Stream Management
provides a framework to go from our present performance
levels (known as Current State) to an improved process
(Future State).
Many of our programs can be used to support a
"Lean"
or
Competitive Manufacturing Program
and
may be eligible for funding.
