Improve (NZ) Ltd provides training and implementation support for "Lean" companies, and "Competitive Manufacturing" programs across a range of manufacturing, processing and supply chain related industries.

Our programs in NZ are delivered in association with Skills4Work and the Industry Training Organisations. We can also access additional resources for larger projects from our Australian offices.

National qualifications may be attained in the following levels and funding subsidies are available.

Level 2 National Certificate in Competitive Manufacturing (suitable for new operators - 40 credits)
Level 3 National Certificate in Competitive Manufacturing (Technical Strand - suitable for technical staff - 50 credits)
Level 4 National Certificate in Competitive Manufacturing (suitable for supervisors - 70 credits)
Level 4 National Certificate in Competitive Manufacturing (Facilitation Strand - suitable for change facilitators - 90 Credits)
Level 5 National Diploma in Competitive Manufacturing (pending)
